But if you want a negotiator so sharp he could barter a camel out of the desert and into a penthouse, then welcome to the Arrived OKC experience. I just wrapped up a flawless transaction with Greg, and let me tell you—this dude navigated the deal like he had insider trading on the housing market (all legal, of course). He went to bat for a very unique investor and somehow managed to lock down a deal that should’ve had its own theme music. Every step of the way, Greg was proactive, communicative, and shockingly unfazed—like he’s seen every possible plot twist in the real estate game and just chuckles in its face.
